3GiB? That's pretty impressive. Were you doing anything special? My Window 7 laptop has been up for a week and explorer is using 24MiB.

Dear c:\programdata\ folder - why do you exist? Isn't AppData, Program Files, Program Files (x86), & c:\Windows\ enough places to put crap?
